PRASSEIN ALOGA "Midas Touch"
"Appena ho sentito il nome di questo gruppo, mi sono detto: e che c…o vuol dire? Poi, dopo aver visto da dove provengono, è stato tutto chiaro, il gruppo arriva dalla terra di Omero, la Grecia ed è attivo dal 1995, questo è il loro sesto album, i precedenti cinque sono stati cantati in lingua madre e proprio per questo hanno avuto poca visibilità al di fuori dei propri confini, ma adesso assestano due colpi vincenti, ossia il passaggio alla lingua inglese e la collaborazione con Paul Di'Anno, l’ex Maiden nei due pezzi in cui canta, ne caratterizza l’andamento, facendo sì che risultino i due pezzi più duri dell’album. Il resto del disco è pieno di ottime idee, si passa dal metal sinfonico dell’opener ”Lamb To The Slaughter” al power thrash di ”See The Bodies” e ”Flesh Of Life”, i due brani in cui partecipa Paul Di'Anno, al quasi"...CONTINUA A LEGGERE

"Come dice anche la bio, gli Heresiae da Schio (VI), suonano un death metal furioso sulla scia di Decapitated, Meshuggah e soprattutto, Pestilence, e quest’ultima è proprio l’influenza che si sente maggiormente nei brani, quattro più intro, dell’EP d’esordio della band vicentina, ma i Pestilence dell’ultimo corso, non certo quelli" ....CONTINUA A LEGGERE

"Dalla Grecia con furore! Parrebbe una battuta sarcastica da cabaret, invece il metal di questi Prassein Aloga si fa apprezzare e ascoltare con cura, anche se non ha in sé i crismi sacri dell’eccezionalità. Ma oggi chi può fregiarsi di tale titolo? In pochi, molto pochi, direi. La band si forma nel 1995 e ottiene subito un notevole successo in patria grazie all’uso della lingua madre per decorare le liriche. "Arrivano dalla Grecia i Prassein Aloga, che dal 1995 a oggi pubblicano ben sei album, vantando importanti collaborazioni. Questo sesto full-length, uscito alla fine del 2011 per la "Heart Of Steel Records", si intitola "Midas Touch" e vede la partecipazione di Paul Di'Anno come vocal guest in due brani. Vediamo subito queste 14 tracce.


Un evocativo "Intro" ambientale si ricollega alla prima vera traccia.

DEFOX RECORDS and HEART OF STEEL RECORDS are proud to announce a record deal with south american band called ELIXIR.


ELIXIR started back in 2010 with the idea to combine speed, strenght and melody in a unique sound. To achieve that came together: Brunno Navarro on vocals, Federico Fleitas on drums, Ignacio Fernandez on keyboards, Andres Duarte on bass, Marcos Garcia and Matias Artecona on guitars. 
At first the band was named Excelsior, but for legal problems had to change the name to Elixir.


The band debuted on August 28 along with Crepar and Boanerges (Argentina)
After two more presentations, which followed the very good response from the public, Elixir is invited to play alongside Dutch band Epica front of more than 3000 fans!
Immediately after that begun the pre-production on the first album. In the middle of pre-production, the band is again invited to play with Sonata Arctica.
In May of 2011 the band finished their first album.


UNLEASH THE MAGIC: Elixir's first album is the result of eight songs, which combines the most obvious influences of power metal, but always with a modern sound, fast and melodic parts, half-times song, powerfull riffs and symphonic orchestation. Recorded in Molecula Studio, by David Larrosa, mixed and masteredby Sebastian Vera Sound Works studios.


The release is scheduled for early 2012 in every biggest digital music stores!

This Brazilian four piece emerges on the scene with a nice slab of traditional Hard Rock flavored glam street,with catchy songs!
The band made several outstanding performances, among them the opening to Dr. Sin in Uberlândia, Lizard festival in Cuiabá, the festival Jambol in Uberlândia, Arraial From Rock in France and the opening to the Virgins in Uberlândia. 
Killer Klowns participated in a collection of Hard Rock music in Minas Gerais with "Everytime", with most other very strong bands and released their first EP in the first half of 2010 which featured five songs.

DEFOX RECORDS and HEART OF STEEL RECORDS are happy to welcome POWERSQUAD.  
This project is the brainchild of guitarist Dimitriy Pavlovskiy from Uzhgorod, Ukraine. 
Dimitriy picked up the guitar at age 6, and 16 years persistently improved by exercising every day, been  influenced by Paganini, Bach, Mozart, Scarlatti and metal band's like: Annihilator, Stratovarius, Symphony x, Kenziner, UDO, etc. With he's 16 years  Dimitriy have had many perfomances with  local bands from Uzhgorod. 
A year ago, he began writing compositions for his solo album "PowerSquad". 
In the summer of 2011 he recorded his solo album at "Embarkation Studio". 
He playing all the instrumentals alone. To help him in recording of  solo keyboard parts agreed  Marat Adiev (keyboardist from Kyiv, playing in the prog-metal band Atlantis, Ua).
Dimitriy is also a mastermind of prog-metal sensation band called "Majesty Of Revival".

Gli HOUSE OF LORDS nacquero nel tardo 1987 dalle ceneri dei Giuffria, composta da Gregg Giuffria, ex tastierista degli Angel e Giuffria, da Lanny Cordola alla chitarra, dall'l'ex batterista dei Fifth Angel e Alice Cooper, Ken Mary, l'ex vocalist degli L.A. Rocks James Christian e l'ex bassista dei Quiet Riot, Chuck Wright.
