Il brano cantato in dialetto è una dedica d’amore verso la Sardegna, terra natia della madre di Matteo Favretto  alias MisterMat. Uscirà sul mercato discografico  il giorno della festa della donna e Matteo con sincera umiltà, intende dedicarlo a tutte le donne, guerriere come lo è stata la sua mamma. Oltre a MisterMat alla voce troviamo anche la cantante Julia Rox che per tonalità incarna fortemente il carattere fiero del popolo sardo.

MisterMat  “ Volevo scrivere un brano dedicato alla Sardegna e alle mie origini Sarde, da parte di mia madre.Ricca di montagne, boschi, pianure, territori in gran parte disabitati, corsi d’acqua, coste rocciose e lunghe spiagge sabbiose, per la varietà dei suoi ecosistemi l’isola è stata definita un micro-continente.

La sardegna è un luogo ricco di storia, il cui fiero popolo conserva la memoria attraverso le antiche tradizioni. Desideravo che il mio brano fosse evocativo di tutto ciò così ho scritto “Devil in a Circus” in cui cercavo di descrivere i sentimenti che prova un emigrante sardo che torna dopo molto tempo sulla sua terra.

Anche i miei nonni hanno conosciuto l’emigrazione prima durante la grande guerra in cui nonno fu chiamato alle armi. La nonna , Leonarda nativa di Bitti, nella Barbagia , con le figlie molto piccole fu costretta a fuggire in Jugoslavia, a Fiume. Poi con la fine della guerra e l’avanzata delle truppe Titine, dovette fuggire di nuovo in Sardegna. Fù perciò profuga per due volte. 

In Sardegna si riunì a nonno Peppino ma la Sardegna era poverissima e così lasciarono di nuovo l’isola per cercare lavoro e futuro nel continente.

Nonna era una donna fortissima che ha lottato per sopravvivere e per amore della sua famiglia, una vera guerriera!

Ed io sono orgoglioso di portare il suo sangue che ho ricevuto dalla mamma. Capisco perché sono così testardo e come mai mi ribolle il sangue quando mi arrabbio per le cose importanti, sono fiero delle mie origini e le voglio onorare.

“Devil in a Circus”però è  in inglese ed io non ero pienamente soddisfatto. Ma grazie all’ aiuto del poeta Antonio Demartis che ha adattato il testo, abbiamo potuto registrare il brano in lingua sarda. Ho interpellato una donna per cantarlo insieme a me, la bravissima cantante Julia Rox.

Volevo una cantante rock, che non si spaventasse difronte alla sfida ed ero sicuro che Julia fosse la persona perfetta, come ha dimostrato ampiamente.

Così insieme abbiamo realizzato il video di “Su diaulu de su circolo” prodotto da Enrico Santacatterina. Un lavoro di cui vado fiero, una meta che da tempo desideravo raggiungere, che mi emoziona e mi rende felice. 

Dedicato a mamma Mary, a nonna Leonarda, nonno Peppino alla Sardegna e a tutti gli amici sardi che ho nel cuore.

In onore a Leonarda , mi sembrava una bella cosa pubblicare il singolo e il video per il giorno della festa della donna e con sincera umiltà, dedicarlo a tutte le donne, guerriere come lo è stata lei”.

PC-Newton “The Chronicles of CosmoSaint" Eur Records/Aua distribution 2023

I visionari PC-Newton ritornano sul mercato con un album completo che sarà realizzato anche nella versione Compact Disc. 

Con le precedenti produzioni si era notata la netta virata verso sonorità space synth prog introducendo un nuovo filone e genere musicale chiamato “Cosmo Domine”, così definito anni or sono da un altro combo avant garde sperimentale chiamato Father Hollow Graham, proprio per il concept compositivo e le ambientazioni visionarie e cosmiche!

Tra le atmosfere si sente aleggiare lo spirito incorporeo di TJ Newton, l’uomo che è caduto sulla terra. Chi ha visto il film di Nicolas Roeg del 1976 con David Bowie capisce da dove nasce il moniker usato dai nostri musicisti che se non sono alieni, quanto meno sono strani. Da sottolineare che sulle copertine il nome della band viene scritto con caratteri indecifrabili.

Celati nel progetto artistico si nascondono due personaggi noti della scena musicale europea, alla voce troviamo Cosmo Saint e il polistrumentista Paul Electron detto anche the Traslator!

Il viaggio intergalattico di questo project artistico è un concept che si fa sempre più intrigante e ci svela pian piano tutti i protagonisti di questa saga cosmica!

The visionaries PC-Newton return to the market with a complete album which will also be released in Compact Disc version.

With the previous productions we noticed the clear turn towards space synth prog sounds introducing a new trend and musical genre called "Cosmo Domine", so defined years ago by another avant-garde experimental combo called Father Hollow Graham, precisely for the compositional concept and visionary vision and cosmic settings!

Among the atmospheres you can breathe the incorporeal spirit of TJ Newton, the man who fell to earth. Anyone who has seen Nicolas Roeg's 1976 film with David Bowie understands where the nickname used by our musicians comes from: if they are not aliens, at least they are strange. Note that on the covers the band's name is written in indecipherable characters.

Hidden in the artistic project are two well-known characters from the European music scene, on vocals we find Cosmo Saint and the multi-instrumentalist Paul Electron also known as the Translator!

The intergalactic journey of this artistic project is a concept that becomes more and more intriguing and slowly reveals to us all the protagonists of this cosmic saga!

Dopo oltre venticinque anni, grazie alla Eur Records e all'Aua Distribuzione, possono vedere la luce diverse registrazioni inedite rimaste per anni nel cassetto!!

Con "Senza Universo"  undici brani che possiamo definire Prog Rock, Aor, vengono, per la prima volta, trasferiti su compact disc. Biografia

BlondieFox sono il cantante Mirko "DeFox" Galliazzo ed il polistrumentista Paul "Blondie" Gidoni.

Hanno vivacizzato la scena rock italiana degli anni '80 con la band AXe Hero e "X-Hero"(nomi storici del metal tricolore) incidendo parecchi demo tape, un album (1987), un 45 giri in vinile (2010) e varie apparizioni in cd compilations. 

All'inizio degli anni '90 la volontà di spaziare dove porta l'ispirazione ed il piacere di fare musica trascina il duo a creare il progetto BLONDIEFOX. 

La musica attinge dal rock senza etichette miscelando sperimentalismo e passionalità che sfocia nella stesura di brani molto ricchi d'atmosfera ed energia. 

Il duo registra numerosi provini nello studio privato di Mirko ed alcuni di questi colpiscono favorevolmente il noto producer e cantante Franco Serena (Serena Band, Ragazzi dai capelli verdi, Nuvole di paglia, Cosmos 2000...) che li propone per la pubblicazione alla label specializzata in ristampe e progressive rock "Mellow records". 

Viene stampato il CD "Agua" che contiene 15 traccie rimixate con la collaborazione di un altro noto produttore ed editore, Aldo Menti nel suo studio di Valdagno(Vi). 

Il disco riscuote tiepidi consensi dovuti anche alla scarsa reperibilità dello stesso nei negozi, questo motivo è dovuto per privilegiare la vendita per corrispondenza mirata ai soli amatori e collezionisti attuata dalla label di Sanremo. 

L'inarrestabile vena creativa dei BlondieFox li trasporta nei "White studios"di Aldo Menti che vuole produrre un nuovo album, vengono registrati 10 nuovi brani con alla chitarra come "special guest" Roberto Benna. 

Il disco che avrebbe dovuto essere pubblicato dalla "Tring International" (la label che ha lanciata la di CD "linea Azzurra"con nomi blasonati come Le Orme, Rettore, Drupi, Bennato, Fogli....) viene invece "congelato". 

In questo lavoro, rock e melodia si fondono con pensieri ricchi di riflessione e profondità, atmosfere tecnologiche che abbattono ogni barriera sonora, fantasia e tecnica non più segrete verso una progressiva musica universale.

Da notare che Mirko viene invitato dal producer Mauro Moroni a presenziare con una cover nel quadruplo CD di tributo al progressive rock italiano degli anni '70, I BlondieFox scelgono il brano "Neve calda" del Balletto di Bronzo. 

Nei Tributo appaiono inoltre molti gruppi stranieri (americani, giapponesi, inglesi...) il prodotto è confezionato in un stupendo cofanetto, prezioso "cimelio" per collezionisti.

After over twenty-five years, thanks to the Eur Records and Aua Distribuzione, several unreleased recordings that had remained in the drawer for years can see the light of day!!

With "Senza Universo" eleven songs that we can define as Prog Rock are, for the first time, transferred to compact disc. The themes and texts, co-written by Mirko DeFox and Paul Blondie, in a moment of great inspiration around 1996, in a surprising way, almost prophetically anticipate the existential, environmental and social problems that today are daily news.

Biography

BlondieFox are the singer Mirko"DeFox"Galliazzo and the multi-instrumentalist Paul"Blondie"Gidoni.

They animated the Italian rock scene of the 80s with the band Ax Hero and "X-Hero" (historic names of Italian metal) recording several demotapes, an album (1987), a 45 rpm vinyl (2010) and various appearances in compilations of CDs.

At the beginning of the 90s, the desire to wander where the inspiration and pleasure of making music lead the duo to create the BLONDIEFOX project.

The music is inspired by limitless rock, mixing experimentalism and passion which translates into the writing of songs very rich in atmosphere and energy.

The duo records numerous songs in Mirko's private studio and some of these favorably impress the well-known producer and singer Franco Serena (Serena Rock Band, Ragazzi dai capelli verdi, Nuvole di paglia, Cosmos 2000...) who proposes them for publication on the label specializing in reissues and progressive rock "Mellow records".

The CD "Agua" is released which contains 15 songs remixed with the collaboration of another well-known producer and publisher, Aldo Menti in his studio in Valdagno (Vi).

The album received modest acclaim also due to its limited availability in shops, a reason due to the promotion of mail order sales aimed only at amateurs and collectors implemented by the Sanremo label.

The unstoppable creative mind of BlondieFox makes them enter the "White studios" of Aldo Menti who wants to produce a new album, 10 new songs are recorded with Roberto Benna on guitar as a "special guest".

The album that should have been published by "Tring International" (the label that launched the "linea Azzurra" CD with big names like Le Orme, Rettore, Drupi, Bennato, Fogli...) is instead "frozen".

In this work rock and melody merge with thoughts rich in reflection and depth, technological atmospheres that break down every barrier of sound, imagination and technique that is no longer secret towards universal progressive music.

 

It should be noted that Mirko was invited by the producer Mauro Moroni to appear with a cover in the quadruple CD homage to the Italian progressive rock of the 70s. BlondieFox chose the song "Neve Calda" by the Balletto di Bronzo.

Many foreign groups also appear in the Tribute (American, Japanese, English...) the product is packaged in a wonderful box, a precious gem for collectors.

DeFox Records and BUBBLE BLOOD RECORDS are pleased to announce the new album Titled " Amazing gravity" of electro experimental project from Denmark called CLAYTONE CLAYMORE #claytoneclaymore #bubblebloodrecords

SACLAS "Achamoth" - Invincible Records/DeFox Records 2023

The legendary mastermind Martin Martinez, announces the release of the new project called Saclas and debut album titled "Achamoth" which will be released on September 22th, 2023, distributed worldwide through Invincible Records on digital market.

A debut and concept album, where the treatises and wisdom of thinkers marginalized and forgotten by the Academy, have now been poured into thunderous and devastating sounds typical of Death Metal. Isn't Metal characterized by being extreme and reminding us of madness? Well, despair, emptiness, the chronic idea of death, the chaos of the world and its irreparability, were inspiring sources for "ACHAMOTH".

Death Metal project of the multinstrumentist Martin Martinez (Xipe Totec, Yatrogeny, Miquian, Consolamentum, Eclectic Spawn), where on this occasion, he carries out the recording of the voice and additionally, makes use of the transverse flute in the middle of those heavy riffs and dark, as expressed in his lyrics, as cursed philosophers and poets such as Mäinlander, Ciorán, Schopenhauer, Zapffe, Michelstaedter,  Caraco, Hesse, Leopardi and some topics of Gnostic tenor, are the content of SACLAS (“blind God” in Aramaic, main demon of the Manichaeism).

DEFOX RECORDS, HEART OF STEEL RECORDS and SPITFIRE MkIII announce with great pleasure the new record of the hystoric Italian band, with release scheduled for Sept.30th 2022.

The album, recorded and produced between June 2021 and June 2022 at the Opal Arts Studio by

Fabio Serra and mastered at the Pri Studio by Roberto Priori, is titled SHADOWS PHANTOMS NIGHTMARES and includes 12 unreleased songs (11 in the digital version), all original composition and some of which, such as Gangs Fight, Phantom Barrow and Screaming Steel, dated back to the 1980s.

The band, born as a quintet in 1981, became a quartet from 1983 to 1985, and then from 1986 took on the definitive trio structure, which is all that is needed to play rock'n'roll.

SPITFIRE MkIII - Giacomo “Giga” Gigantelli voice and bass, Stefano Pisani guitar, Luca Giannotta drums - with this new album they return to their roots with their classic metal in NWOIHM style; now, as mature but always essential musicians in the choice of arrangements, they have managed to bring together many years of experience in a tracklist full of suggestions, free from gender constraints but always faithful to the spirit of the first Italian metal.

This record, which follows 2010's Time and Eternity, already from the title reveals to be an almost concept album, in balance between old horror films and modern fears, between Hollywood and the hell of the many shadows that obscure the horizon daily. The power trio from Verona city has been able to maintain a balance between the classicism of metal and more current sounds, without losing the "true metal" spirit, which has characterized its long history, as demonstrated by songs like “Earthquake”, “Phantom Barrow”, “Screaming Steel” and “Sign of the Times”, that perhaps best define this alternation of styles. Although one of the songs that best identifies the spirit of the “new” Spitfire is “Beauty VS Beast”, the perfect bridge between past and present.

BLACK CAVE - The virus is there - DeFox Records/Heart Of Steel Records 2022

DeFox Records and Heart Of Steel Records announce the second album of BLACK CAVE, a music project from Brazil. The album entitled "The virus is there" contains ten songs in vein into the primordial Heavy Metal of the Eighties, the roughest and wildest one, where Paulo Destroyyer sings in English and plays all the instruments.

Paulo Destroyyer Maia is a singer and musician based in Petrópolis, a popular Brazilian tourist destination in the Rio de Janeiro region.

The visceral love for the wildest metal rock has led him in a recent past to play with Abomination Wide, a trio that made its worldwide debut in 2016 with Invincible Records, putting on the market the EP entitled "Hypocrites Must Die" containing five dedicated songs. to a ferocious thrash and death metal.

The BLACK CAVE art project sees Paulo Destroyyer playing all the instruments and introducing himself as an one man band. The sounds within this album are attributable to Heavy and recall the primordial frontal attacks of European metal band of the early 80's and in particular of NWOBHM.

The songs of "The virus is there" were recorded and finalized in Petropolis, a town near Rio thanks to the collaboration of some partners who supported Paulo in this artistic adventure, the Morozesk guitars and the Hs Stomp pedalboard.

Il viaggio di Paul the traslater e Cosmo Saint continua negli spazi profondi inesplorati del rock elettronico, della psichedelia, come nel singolo che da il titolo all'Ep sconfinando sorprendentemente fino alle sonorità synth pop ispirate al ritmo ipnotico e poliedrico di Moroder nella lunga suite "Stratosferica". La cover version di "Heroes" è un piccolo gioiellino dedicato al Duca bianco e registrato in una camera d'albergo a Berlino durante un viaggio nel 2018.

Ceifador was formed in 2003, it's a Brazilian one man band from Sorocaba -SP, Brazil. Clayton Maximinus is author and composer and play all instruments, He was once guitarist in legendary thrash metal band Alcoholikiller.
In 2003 the band released an EP but the band was called Perverted Rites, that same year the name was changed to Ceifador.
The songs of the Ceifador talk about insanity, alcohol, serial murders and other classic heavy metal theme. Ceifador has already made live performances on the local underground scene.
The products recorded by the Ceifador have been released in Latin American countries and some Europeans.

DeFox Records and Heart Of Steel Records are pleased to announce the release of BLACK CAVE, a musical project from Brazil combines wild traditional early Metal with NWOBHM from the 80s.
The product titled "Caveman" that contains twelve tracks played entirely by Paulo Destroyyer and sung in English will be launched on the digital market on May 1st and will be distributed in major stores such as iTunes, Amazon, Spotify, Deezer, Google Music, Youtube Music and many others.

Paulo Destroyyer Maia is a singer and musician based in Petrópolis, a popular Brazilian vacation destination in the Rio de Janeiro region, the visceral love for classic metal rock led him in a recent past with Abomination Wide, a trio that debuted worldwide in 2016 with Invincible Records that launched on the market the EP entitled "Hypocrites Must Die" containing five songs dedicated to a ferocious thrash and death metal.

The new artistic project BLACK CAVE proposes Paulo Destroyyer playing all the instruments and introducing himself as oneman band.
The sound within this album are a wild hard and heavy and remind the primordial frontal attacks of European metal at the beginning of the 80s and in particular to NWOBHM scene.

The songs were recorded and finalized at Petropolis, near Rio thanks to the collaboration of some partners who supported Paulo in this new artistic adventure, the Morozesk guitars, the Hs Stomp pedals and the designer Blair Gagliardi.

BLONDIEFOX

BlondieFox are the singer Mirko "DeFox" Galliazzo and the multi-instrumentalist Paul "Blondie" Gidoni.
They animated the Italian rock scene of the 80s with the band "X-Hero" (legendary name of european  metal rock music) recording several demotapes, an album (1987), a 45 rpm vinyl format (2010) and various appearances in CD compilations. At the beginning of the 1990s, the desire to change artistic direction, inspiration and the pleasure of creating new music dragged the duo to found the BLONDIEFOX project.  The music draws from rock without barrierss mixing experimentalism and passion that is outlined in the drafting of songs full of atmosphere and energy.

The duo composes and records numerous auditions in Mirko's private studio and some of these favorably hit the well-known producer and singer Franco Serena (Serena Band, Ragazzi dai capelli verdi, Nuvole di paglia, Cosmos 2000 ...) who proposed them for publication on the label specializing in reprints and progressive rock called "Mellow records".
The "Agua" CD is produced and printed which contains 15 remixed tracks in collaboration with another well-known producer and publisher, Aldo Menti in his Valdagno studio (Vicenza).
The disc receives warm consents also due to the scarce distribution in stores, this reason is due to privilege mail order targeted only to amateurs and collectors implemented by the Sanremo label.

The unstoppable creative vein of BlondieFox transports them to Aldo Menti's "White studios" that wants to produce a new album, 10 new songs are recorded with as "special guest" guitarist Roberto Benna.
The album that should have been published by "Tring International" (the label that launched the CD "Linea Azzurra" with famous names like Le Orme, Rettore, Drupi, Bennato, Fogli ....) is instead "frozen".
In this work, rock and melody merge with thoughts full of reflection and depth, technological atmospheres that break down every sound barrier, fantasy and technique no longer secret towards a progressive and universal music.

It should be noted that Mirko is invited by the producer Mauro Moroni to present a cover/song in the quadruple CD of tribute to the Italian rock progressives of the 70s, BlondieFox choose the song "Neve calda" of Balletto di Bronzo.
In the Tributes also many foreign groups appear (American, Japanese, English ...) the product is packaged in a wonderful deluxe package, a precious "Gem" for collectors.

After more than twenty years, Mirko DeFox decides to publish with his label several unreleased recordings remained for years in the drawer !!

The first product to see the light is an EP with 6 tracks entitled "Il triste canto dell'uomo bianco (The sad song of the white man)" where the themes and texts, written by four hands by Mirko and Paul, in a moment of great inspiration around 1996, in a manner sorpendente almost prophetically anticipate the existential, environmental and social problems that today are daily news.
