Hard Desire is a band from Juiz de Fora – MG - BRAZIL and "Hard Desire" self-titled concept debut album has 8 songs and was recorded, mixed and mastered in Brazil at Studio Metropolis, by producer Rodrigo Itaboray 
The lineup of the band is currently composed by: Dê Monteiro - vocals, Thiago Fernandes - Bass and vocals, Felipe Rosa - guitars, Pedro Fialho - Guitars and Douglas Gomes - Drums.

The album received very positive reviews in all Brazilian undergroud scene and the band appearing in major media in the city: Radios, TV, newspapers and websites. The concept album tells the story of a individual plagued by a broken heart and his songs travel through all strands of hard rock music.
The band recently figured in the playlist of Metal Militia, the most famous brazilian webradio.

the album will be available in every Digital music store and scheduled for mid-October 2012.

"C’era una volta un movimento denominato “street” che sorse e prese piede in quel di Los Angeles a cavallo tra gli anni 80 e gli anni 90. All’epoca bastava avere i capelli lunghi, un look stravagante e un lotto di canzoni orecchiabili per vendere un bel pacco di dischi. Le radio e Mtv fiutarono l’affare e pomparono a dismisura questo filone musicale spremendolo fino al midollo. Quando si resero conto che i tempi stavano cambiando le case discografiche e tutto quello che ci girava intorno cambiarono il tiro, orientando le masse su un altro genere musicale (il grunge). La maggior parte dei gruppi si sciolse e il genere “street” fu bistrattato e trattato alla stregua di un movimento di poco conto. I NeversiN sbarcano nella terra d'Albione!!

"What can I say about a band whose tagline is 'We Rock, You Suck' - I like them from just that... okay, so to be truthful the music does highlight the fact that they can talk the talk, but cannot walk the walk... That's not saying that the band is bad, far from it, but it's just not that great, or special.

I Dark Ages hanno avuto il piacere, domenica 31 LUGLIO all'Arena di Verbania, di aprire il concerto della mitica band del prog italiano dei 70's, LE ORME!!

Grnade performance, applausi e consensi per la band veronese che ha presentato il nuovo concept album "Teumman".

Intervista/interviews ai DARK AGES.

"La band ha da poco dato alle stampe il nuovo album "Teumman" e il nostro Dragomilov ha incontrato la band al completo, per scambiare una bella chiaccherata sul passato e futuro della band!

1. Salve ragazzi, la vostra è una band storica del metal italiano degli 80's, ci raccontate come sono nati i DARK AGES?

R: (Simone) Era il lontano 1982 ed io ero molto giovane quando pensai di fondare una band per suonare le canzoni degli eroi del Rock. Nulla di serio fino all’estate del 1986 quando la formazione si è arricchita delle persone, tra le quali la singer Guia, che hanno portato a comporre, registrare e pubblicare, nell’aprile del 1991, il primo album “Saturnalia”.

2. il vostro debut album è stato pubblicato su vinile e cassetta nei primi anni 90, ci raccontate qualche aneddoto?

R (Simone): Beh, siamo arrivati direi abbastanza “per caso” a realizzare Saturnalia. E’ stata tutta colpa di Guia che ci aveva iscritti ad un concorso per giovani talenti dove noi veramente c’entravamo niente. Immagina di vedere in mezzo a decine di ragazzine, tutte pronte con le basi delle varie Mina e Giorgia, sei metallari vestiti di tutto punto di cuoio e metallo… però in mezzo al pubblico c’era chi ci ha segnalati alla Video Star di Savona che ci ha poi proposto di realizzare un disco.
